History

Founded in 1902, the Oregon Funeral Directors Association (OFDA) is the only state trade association representing funeral service.  A non-profit organization, OFDA's membership encompasses both the large and small funeral home entity as well as related businesses that supply goods and services to our industry. While affiliated with the National Funeral Directors Association, OFDA serves as the "voice" of funeral service here in Oregon - promoting professionalism, education, service, fellowship, and legislation that benefit the entire industry as well as the public.
