From Hillsboro Airport: (eastbound) 

• Start on NW AIRPORT RD
• Turn Left on NE BROOKWOOD PKY
• Continue on NW SHUTE RD
• Continue on NW 242ND AVE/NW SHUTE RD
• Turn Right to take the US-26 EAST ramp 
• Merge on US-26 EAST
• Take the OR-217 SOUTH exit
• Take the SW 72ND AVE exit and turn right on 72ND
• Follow over OR-217 and turn right on HAMPTON ST
• Follow through 4-way stop sign
• Turn left in first driveway(SW 67th) and follow to the second bldg. on the right “Executive Centre” (beige bldg. – Suite 105)

From Portland Airport: (southbound)

• Take NE Airport Way from the airport exit, turn Right on NE 82nd Avenue 
• Continue on NE 82nd, turn Right on NE Sandy Blvd 
• Bear Right to take I-84 WEST/US-30 WEST ramp 
• Merge on I-84 WEST
• Take I-5 SOUTH Exit towards Beaverton/Salem (follow about 8.5 mi.) 
• Take the HAINES STREET Exit #293
• Turn Left on 68th Avenue 
• Follow past Landmark Ford and turn left at 4-way stop on HAMPTON STREET 
• Turn left in first driveway (SW 67th) and follow to the second bldg. on the right “Executive Centre” (beige bldg. – Suite 105)

From Eugene: (northbound)

• Follow I-5 NORTH
• Take 72ND AVE. Exit towards KRUSE WAY Exit #292B (just past Hwy. 217 exit) 
• Turn Right on KRUSE WAY, stay right 
• Take the 72ND AVE Exit #7 
• Turn Right on SW 72ND AVE 
• Turn Right on SW HAMPTON STREET 
• Follow through the 4-way stop @ 68th Avenue and turn left in first driveway (SW 67th) 
• Follow to the second bldg. on the right “Executive Centre” (beige bldg. – Suite 105)

From Downtown Portland: (southbound) 

• Follow signs to Front Ave/SW Naito Pkwy 
• Turn left onto Harbor Dr. 
• Merge onto I-5 SOUTH towards Salem/Tigard (follow about 7 mi.) 
• Take the HAINES STREET Exit #293 
• Turn Left on 68th Avenue 
• Follow past Landmark Ford and turn left at 4-way stop on HAMPTON STREET 
• Turn left in first driveway (SW 67th) and follow to the second bldg. on the right “Executive Centre” beige bldg. – Suite 105)
